Service

vibe-safe-ai provides automated security scanning of GitHub repositories using static analysis tools and AI-generated reports. Results are informational and do not constitute a professional security audit or penetration test. We make no guarantee that our scans will identify every security vulnerability in your code.

Payment

All payments are one-time and non-recurring. There are no subscriptions. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your security report, contact support@vibesecureai.com within 7 days of your scan completing for a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You must own or have explicit permission to scan the repository you submit. You may not use vibe-safe-ai to scan repositories you do not have authorisation to access. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the repository for scanning.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any security breach that occurs before, during, or after a scan. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific scan that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
